Before real estate, I spent 20 years in banking and HR — first as a chartered banker in India, then in corporate HR strategy in Canada. That background shapes everything about how I work: the analytical rigour of a market analysis, the organizational thinking behind a listing plan, and the ability to read people under pressure. It's why corporate relocations are a natural fit, and why clients who've bought and sold several homes with me say the process keeps getting cleaner.
